Designation of Construction Manager, Construction Engineers. (a) Prior to construction of any Public Improvement, Developer shall make, or cause to be made, application for any necessary permits and approvals required by City and any applicable Governmental Authority to be issued for the construction of the Public Improvements and shall obligate each general contractor, architect, and consultants who work on the Public Improvements to obtain all applicable permits, licenses or approvals as required by Applicable Law. The Developer shall require or cause the design, inspection and supervision of the construction of the Public Improvements to be undertaken in accordance with City Regulations, and Applicable Law.
