PID Bonds definition

PID Bonds means one or more series special assessment revenue bonds issued by the City pursuant to the PID Act for the reimbursement of the Public Improvement Project Costs.
PID Bonds means any bonds issued by the City in one or more series and secured in whole or in part by Assessments.
PID Bonds means assessment revenue bonds, in one or more series, issued by the City pursuant to the PID Act for the payment of Authorized Improvements Costs and Administrative Expenses; PID Bonds includes Refunding Bonds.

  • If PID Bonds are not issued (or prior to such issuance) to pay Actual Costs of Authorized Improvements, the Developer may elect to make Developer Advances to pay Actual Costs.

  • This Agreement shall apply to all of the PID Bonds issued by the City whether in one or more series, and no additional financing agreement shall be required for future series of PID Bonds.

More Definitions of PID Bonds

PID Bonds means the bonds issued pursuant to the provisions of the Act in one or more series to fund PID Project Costs or to reimburse Developer for PID Project Costs.
PID Bonds means any bonds issued by the City, in one or more series, secured in whole or in part by an assessment levied against a parcel within the District and imposed pursuant to an assessment ordinance and the provisions in the Service and Assessment Plan, including the Bonds, any Refunding Bonds, the Improvement Area #1 Bonds, any additional bonds issued pursuant to the indenture of trust authorizing the issuance of the Improvement Area #1 Bonds and any Future Improvement Area Bonds, if any.
PID Bonds means any bonds secured by Special Assessments levied against Assessed Property within the PID that may be issued to finance Authorized Improvements, including the Major Improvement Bonds and the Improvement Area Improvement Bonds, if any.
PID Bonds means all bonds or any bond authorized by a bond ordinance and issued in accordance with this Indenture, including the Bonds, Refunding Bonds and any bonds issued in exchange or replacement thereof as permitted by this Indenture.
PID Bonds means bonds issued by the City to finance the Actual Costs of the Authorized Improvements, including the Bonds, and secured by assessments levied on assessed properties within the District.
PID Bonds means one or more series of bonds issued by the City to finance the Authorized Improvements and secured in whole or in part by Assessments, including Annual Installments thereof.
PID Bonds means the Bonds and any other bonds issued by the City and secured by Assessments levied on Assessed Properties within the District.
