Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the QUESTA Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the exljbris Font Foundry Base Licence Agreement (the Agreement ). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the TTF Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the SPIRIT & BONES Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the R9 Type+Design Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Desktop Licence. Grant Subject to your timely payment and ongoing compliance with the terms of this Agreement (and without prejudice to any other right of termination as set out herein), we hereby grant to you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install the Font Software on the number of Workstations agreed in the Sales Receipt and to use the Font Software once installed on those Workstations to produce digital documents and posters, white papers, logos, and other digital products, and/or to print and/or display such documents or products on output devices, for your business purposes. Where the Font Software is installed on non-portable Workstations, this licence grant is limited to use of the Font Software on those Workstations at the specific Business Location(s) specified in the Sales Receipt. You may submit a request to increase the number of Workstations and/or change the permitted Business Location(s) (e.g. in the event of moving offices) at any time. To do so, you must send an email to us via xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx which includes the following information (as applicable): • the current number of Workstations and the proposed increased number of Workstations; • the current Business Location(s) and confirmation as to whether use of the Font Software at these Business Location(s) will discontinue; and • the new proposed Business Location(s) and the date at which the proposed change is intended to take effect. If we consent to your request, you acknowledge and agree that such consent is subject to you paying additional fees in respect of expanded use in advance and you ensuring that the Font Software will be uninstalled and irrevocably deleted from Workstations remaining at the previous Business Location(s). No geographic restrictions apply to installation and use of the Font Software on portable Workstations owned by you (except where such portable Workstations are primarily used in a way comparable to non-portable Workstations). Licensee may at any time request from Milieu Grotesque an offer to extend the Desktop Licence to additional workstations and/or locations.
Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the NOMAD FONTS Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
Desktop Licence. If your Licence Pack contains a ‘Desktop’ licence you: • may install the specified Desktop Font Software on any number of Devices which are under the exclusive control of you or your Users. • must ensure that the number of simultaneous Users of Devices on which the Desktop Font Software is installed does not exceed the maximum number of Users permitted by your Licence Pack. • may distribute digital documents (e.g. PDFs) in which the Desktop Font Software is embedded, only when such digital documents use all available flags and technical measures to prevent editing of the document or extraction of the Font Software, and only if none of the digital documents is a Commercial Digital Document. • may make modifications to the output of the Desktop Font Software as it appears in artwork, provided that such artwork is not usable as Font Software. • must not transfer ownership of a Device on which the Desktop Font Software is installed.
Desktop Licence. Our ‘Desktop Licence’ grants you the right to install our Font Software on a predetermined number of computers within of 1 (one) single company, business entity, institution only and restricted to 1 (one) single business location informed by the Licensee. The Desktop Licence is one-time, perpetual, and upgradable. A desktop licence allows the Licensee to design printable and digital assets such as correspond- ence, books, periodicals, flyers, brochures, etc. Additional licencing may be required for specific types of use (see paragraph 1.4). Creating Webfonts out of Font Software that is Licenced under the Desktop Font Licence is strictly prohibited.
Desktop Licence. Our ‘Desktop License’ grants you the right to install our FONT SOFTWARE on a predetermined number of computers. The DESKTOP LICENCE is one-time, perpetual, and upgradable. The FONT SOFTWARE will be transmitted to you in the .OTF format. .TTF files are available on request. Creating webfonts out of FONT SOFTWARE that is licenced under the DESKTOP FONT LICENCE is strictly prohibited.
