Developer Reports. Should Developer desire its own Phase I or Phase II environmental testing or remediation, all such investigation, testing and reports shall be at Developer's sole expense and responsibility. Developer must use an environmental consultant under a master contract with the City for a Phase I or Phase II report if the City is to rely on such information. Phase II testing by Developer can occur only after City approval of a scope of work, granting of a right of entry to Developer and to Developer’s environmental consultant and provision of certificate of insurance including environmental insurance to the City, naming the City as an additional insured. Developer shall provide City with all reports prepared by Developer’s environmental consultant.

Developer Reports. A. Developer shall (not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each of Developer’s second and fourth fiscal quarters) provide to the Investor a certificate duly executed by an officer of Developer certifying that the following matters are true and correct, or specifying in reasonable detail the extent to which such matters are not true and correct: (1) With respect to Developer or any of its Affiliates, there is no litigation or proceedings, and there are no pending foreclosure proceedings as to any property, which, in either case, will have or is likely to have a material adverse impact on the ability of Developer to carry out its material obligations under this Agreement. (2) Neither the Developer nor any Developer Reporting Affiliate is currently in (or has received a notice of) default of any material loan or material contract to which Developer or any such Developer Reporting Affiliate is a party.
Developer Reports. I.a. SALES REPORTS Lead Tracking Report. Developer will provide Nextel Partners with a monthly report containing the following information, in soft copy. At some point, Nextel Partners and/or Developer may implement an automated method to process sales leads. It is possible that such an automated system may provide some or all of the lead tracking information requested below. Nextel Partners and Developer agree to re-visit this reporting requirement should such a system become available. In the absence of such a system, however, Developer is required to provide this information on a monthly basis. - Number of Developer leads received from Nextel Partners - Number of Nextel Partners leads that resulted in a sale for Developer including number of companies sold and number of subscribers sold - Number of Developer leads generated for Nextel Partners from co-marketed materials I.b.   • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department.   • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.
