Development of Architectural Program. The Architect shall prepare for the District’s review an architectural program as follows: 2.2.1. Perform pre-design investigations to establish appropriate guidelines around which and within which the Project is to be designed. Identify design issues relating to functional needs, directives and constraints imposed by regulatory codes. Review all data pertinent to the Project including survey, site maps, geotechnical reports and recommendations, soil testing results reports, and pertinent historical data, and other relevant information provided by District. 2.2.2. Review DSA codes pertaining to the proposed Project design. 2.2.3. Identify design issues relating to functional needs, directives and constraints imposed by applicable regulatory codes. 2.2.4. Based on survey and topography data provided by the District, input into computer and develop existing conditions base for the Schematic Design Phase. 2.2.5. Administer Project as required to coordinate work with the District and between Consultants.
