Development Report. A. Date development plan initiated and time period covered by this report.
Development Report. When appropriate, indicate estimated start date and finish date for activities.
Development Report. 1. Activities completed since last report including the object and parameters of the development, when initiated, when completed and the results.
Development Report. Original Producer will provide, on or before July 1, 2016, and each Producer Assignee will provide, on or before the date stated in Section 16.1, Midstream Co with its First Development Report, which shall describe (x) in detail the planned development, drilling, and production activities relating to the Dedicated Production through the end of the applicable Period of Two Years, and (y) generally the long-term drilling and production expectations for those project areas in which drilling activity is expected to occur during the applicable Period of Five Years, including the information described in Section 3.1(b). On or before each January 1, each April 1, each July 1, and each October 1 of each Year following the date on which the First Development Report is to be delivered, Producer shall provide to Midstream Co an update of the then-current report (the First Development Report, as updated in accordance with the foregoing and as the then current report may be updated from time to time, the “Development Report”).
Development Report. At each quarterly meeting of the JRC, BMS will provide to the JRC a summary and other information describing BMS’ activities related to its Development of Products, in detail that is at least sufficient to establish that BMS is using Diligent Efforts to Develop Products as set forth in Section 3.12 (the “Development Report”), provided, however, that Section 3.7 shall apply with respect to the sharing of the results of work performed by a Party as part of the Research Program (including the Initial ARX618 Program). The JRC will summarize such information in the minutes of each meeting. If the JRC is no longer constituted, BMS will provide the Development Report directly to Ambrx’s Alliance Manager.
Development Report. Within the later of (x) 30 Days following the execution and delivery of any new Agreement Addendum and (y) the next applicable quarterly delivery of a Development Report hereunder, Producer shall provide Midstream Co with its First Development Report, which shall describe (i) in detail the planned development, drilling, and production activities relating to the Dedicated Production through the end of the applicable Period of Two Years; and (ii) generally the long-term drilling and production expectations for those project areas in which drilling activity is expected to occur during the applicable Period of Five Years, including the information described in Section 3.1(b). No later than the 15th of each February, May, August, and November of each Year following the date on which the First Development Report is to be delivered, Producer shall provide to Midstream Co an update of the then-current report (the First Development Report, as updated in accordance with the foregoing, the “Development Report”).
Development Report. Within **** following the end of each License Year, Licensee shall provide Children’s with a written development report containing at least the information set forth in Exhibit D, and describing in reasonable detail: (a) as of that reporting period, all development activities for each Licensed Product and the names of all sublicensees, including which are Affiliates; and (b) an updated development plan for the next reporting period which shall, notwithstanding Section 12.3, amend Exhibit C of this Agreement.

Development Report. Without prejudice to the generality of the Licensee’s obligations under Clause 5.1, the Licensee shall provide at least annually to UCLB an updated, written Development Report that shall report on all activities conducted under this Agreement since the Commencement Date or the date of the previous Development Report provided under this Clause. Licensee shall also set out in the Development Report the past, current and projected activities taken or planned to be taken by the Licensee and its sub-licensees (if any) to bring Licensed Products to market and maximise the sale of Licensed Products in the Territory, provided that Licensee shall not be legally bound to take or achieve any actions set out in any such projections. UCLB’s receipt or approval of any Development Report shall not be taken to waive or qualify the Licensee’s obligations under Clause 5.1.
