First Development Report definition

First Development Report means the first report delivered by Original Producer to Midstream Co that satisfies the requirements for a Development Report in Section 3.1(a) and Section 3.1(b) (an “Original Report”); and in the event that Producer assigns all or any part of the Dedicated Properties to a Producer Assignee, then with respect to such Producer Assignee, the First Development Report shall not refer to the Original Report but rather to the first Development Report delivered by such Producer Assignee to Midstream Co that satisfies the requirements for such report in Section 3.1(a) and Section 3.1(b).
First Development Report has the meaning given to it in Section 3.1(a).

Examples of First Development Report in a sentence

  • On or before each January 1, each April 1, each July 1, and each October 1 of each Year following the date on which the First Development Report is to be delivered, Producer shall provide to Midstream Co an update of the then-current report (the First Development Report, as updated in accordance with the foregoing and as the then current report may be updated from time to time, the “Development Report”).

  • A paramedic may transfer patient care authority to a BLS transport ambulance, when all of the following circumstances exist:• The BLS ambulance is available within a reasonable time.

Related to First Development Report

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • spatial development framework means the Mhlontlo Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Project Developer means Bidding Company or a Bidding Consortium submitting the Bid. Any reference to the Bidder includes Bidding Company / Bidding Consortium/ Consortium, Member of a Bidding Consortium including its successors, executors and permitted assigns and Lead Member of the Bidding Consortium jointly and severally, as the context may require”;

  • Low Impact Development or “LID” means a site design strategy that maintains, mimics or replicates pre- development hydrology through the use of numerous site design principles and small-scale treatment practices distributed throughout a site to manage runoff volume and water quality at the source.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Planned unit development means a subdivision characterized by a unified site design, clustered residential units and/or commercial units, and areas of common open space.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.
