Common use of Deviations from Scheduled Hours Clause in Contracts

Deviations from Scheduled Hours. It is recognized and understood that deviations from the regular schedules of work will be necessary and will unavoidably result from several causes, such as, but not limited to, leaves of absence, absenteeism, temporary shortage of personnel, and emergencies. Such deviations shall not be a violation of this Agreement.
