Upon execution of this Agreement, DHS will allow User to create logon ID(s) and password(s), which allow User to authenticate its identity and transmit data electronically. DHS shall retain title to all logon ID(s) and password(s), and reserves the right to change/remove any logon ID or password at any time, for any reason, or if required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.

Vendor must still complete the work not terminated by the notice of termination and may incur obligations as are necessary to do so.
