Disability Income Protection. A disability income protection plan shall be provided for all employees covered by the General Leave Program. The disability income protection plan shall have a waiting period of thirty (30) calendar days before the benefits shall be extended to an employee. The benefits, terms and conditions are described in the Long-term Disability Insurance Plan.
