An employee, claiming that the employee has been discharged from employment without just cause shall file a signed, dated, written statement of such grievance setting out the nature of the grievance and the specific remedy sought at Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure provided such grievance is lodged with the Department Head within five (5) working days of the discharge.
