Disciplinary Meetings. a. If an employee is to be called in by the Employer to discuss a matter that involves progressive discipline, she shall be so advised prior to entering the meeting. Unless the employee wishes otherwise, she shall be accompanied by a Xxxxxxx who shall attend the entire meeting without loss of wages.
