Disciplinary Meetings. 20.4.1 An employee shall have the right to shop xxxxxxx representation at any formal meeting with the University regarding matters of a potentially disciplinary nature involving the employee and at any disciplinary meeting with the University. Where a meeting becomes disciplinary, or where an employee states they feel it is a disciplinary meeting, the employee has the right to have a shop xxxxxxx present, even if it involves temporarily adjourning the meeting. If the employee is a shop xxxxxxx, the employee has the right to have another Union representative present.
