Disciplinary Notice. The Employer shall advise a nurse in advance if it 27 reasonably believes that a meeting may result in disciplinary action. The nurse 28 will be provided an opportunity to have an Association representative present at 29 the meeting. In the event that an Association representative is not available, a 30 nurse witness will be allowed to be present.
