Discipline – Discipline Hearing. A hearing shall be held to investigate the charges prior to the imposition of discipline or discharge. Prior to the hearing, the employee and Union shall be notified in writing of the charges; shall be provided with those documents and materials upon which the proposed discipline is based; and notified of the time and place of the hearing. The employee shall have the right to be accompanied and represented by the Union and or legal counsel.
