Disciplines. This Master Agreement covers the disciplines permitted by Triathlon Scotland – triathlon, duathlon and aquathlon – and applies to events which are in the process of being permitted by Triathlon Scotland.
Disciplines. Subject to any future agreements as may be agreed pursuant to reviews of this Agreement by the Parties under Article 26, the Parties hereby agree and reaffirm their commitments to abide by the provisions of the WTO Agreement as are relevant and applicable to trade in services.
