Discontinued Resources. The Supplier will not arbitrarily discontinue Resources and will provide the Customer with sufficient notice (e.g. within sixty (60) days) prior to discontinuation. The Supplier should ensure replacement parts/components are available for discontinued Resources for a minimum of one (1) year after the Resource has been discontinued. Further, the Supplier will ensure that in the event a Resource becomes unavailable and a replacement is proposed, the replacement Resource will have equal or greater quality, at an equal or better Rate.
