Delivery Lead Times. Delivery lead times are provided for information purposes only. The lead time takes effect when the Seller is in possession of the written Order, of all information required to carry out the Order, and of any down payments (if applicable). In the case of tooling, the lead times provided are always understood as dating from approval of the plans by the Buyer. In the case of punched or machined parts, the lead times provided are always understood as dating from approval by the Buyer of the sample part supplied to it (if applicable).

Delivery Lead Times. Capricorn shall make Product available for delivery at the Manufacturing Facility (i) not later than ninety (90) Business Days following the receipt of a purchase order, if and to the extent that such quantities of Product were included in the most recent applicable requirements forecast submitted by Primus pursuant to Section 3.7, and (ii) in all other cases, not later than ninety (90) Business Days following the requested delivery date specified in the Purchase Order.
Delivery Lead Times. For all Orders received by the Supplier before 5pm on any given day, the Supplier must dispatch and deliver the Order to the relevant Delivery Location in accordance with the timeframes agreed from to time between the parties for that Delivery Location.

For an address in Metropolitan France, delivery dates are one week and for other destinations, two weeks. Consequently, any reasonable delay in Goods delivery shall not give rise to any Customer benefit in the form of or entitlement to: • Award of damages and interest; • Order cancellation.
Delivery Lead Times. The Supplier is required to supply all items referred to as „Catalogue Items‟ in the Contract Material Data Sheets within 24 hours of the date and time the order is sent to the Supplier by the Company. The Supplier should identify any specialist items by exception where delivery is not achievable within this time and propose alternative delivery lead times in the Contract Material Data Sheets. It is the Company‟s expectation that all catalogue items wherever possible are supplied to a 24 hour delivery lead time and the Supplier shall provide full justification where this requirement cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery Lead Times. Suppliers will consider lead time as the timeframe between order acknowledgement by the Supplier and the Resource arrival at the Customer site. The Supplier will adhere to its quoted lead time and make efforts to ensure Customers receive Resources on time, whenever possible. The Customer and Supplier may agree to other lead times which are mutually beneficial to both parties. These lead times may include blanket purchase orders with scheduled release dates, bulk or large orders with special delivery requirements (e.g. specific hours) and/or project specific orders.

  • Lead Times Lead times for delivery of the Products are set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement (the “Lead Times”). Supplier shall deliver Products ordered by S&W by the applicable Delivery Date set forth in S&W’s Order, so long as the Delivery Date is consistent with the Lead Times. If applicable Lead Times are not set forth in Schedule B, the Delivery Date shall be such date as reasonably agreed to by the parties.

  • Delivery Times 4.1 The delivery times agreed with regard to (parts of) the Performance to be delivered by the Supplier shall be binding. If these delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall automatically be in default under the Agreement without notice of default being required to that effect. 4.2 For each calendar day by which the aforesaid delivery times are exceeded, the Supplier shall pay to Wavin an amount of 0.5% of the total sum agreed with a maximum of 10%, which is a genuine pre-estimate of the losses incurred by Xxxxx. 4.3 The Supplier shall always be obliged to provide Wavin in time, and in all cases within 24 hours after the Supplier became aware of this or should reasonably have foreseen this, with adequate and written notification of its impending failure to meet the delivery time. Execution of the Agreement in partial deliveries shall require Xxxxx’s prior written consent. If Wavin so requests, the Supplier shall be obliged to submit a written production or execution schedule and/or to cooperate in progress monitoring.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements.   • Service Delivery Requirements The following sections describe in detail the work activity required by this program. All CONTRACTORS will be expected to fulfill the work activity requirements in these areas. A.   • DELIVERY SCHEDULES In accordance with the "Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts” and “Extension of Use” clauses herein, this Contract is extended to local governments, political subdivisions and others authorized by law as well as State agencies. Any political subdivision or other non-State entity which has not filed a requirement with OGS as of the date of the bid opening shall be eligible to receive deliveries at Contractor's option only, upon placement of a valid purchase order to the Contractor's address as indicated in the award. Contracts created by OGS in response to receipt of Filed Requirements are considered to be binding. At Contractor's request, Contractor will be advised in writing regarding political subdivisions or other Non-State entities which have filed on a timely basis but do not appear on the Delivery Schedule. Where “Standby” is indicated in the Delivery Schedule, this reflects those facilities which normally use a fuel supply (i.e. natural gas) other than fuel oil and will only use fuel oil when alternate fuel is unavailable.
