Common use of DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION Clause in Contracts

DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. There shall be no discrimination by management against any employee because of his activity or membership in the union. The employer further agrees that there will be no discrimination against any member for his adherence to any provision of this Agreement or his refusal to comply with any order which would violate this Agreement.
