DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. 4:01 There shall be no discrimination or intimidation of any Employee on account of the Employee's membership in the Association or by virtue of his/her holding office therein. 4:02 The provisions of this Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and apply to all Employees without discrimination or reservation. 4:03 The parties hereto agree not to discriminate against any Employee because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, marital status, family status or handicap.
