DISCRIMINATION AND COERCION. A) The Employer and the Union agree that the provisions of this Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees without discrimination as to sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, political affiliation, or disability. B) The Employer will not interfere with the right of the employees to become members of the Union, and shall not discriminate against any employee because of membership in the Union.
