Disk Usage. Up to 30GB of space on a shared Storage Array Network for web content will be available to each Customer. Up to 50GB of space on a shared Storage Array Network will be available for each Enterprise Database. Additional fees for exceeding those limits are indicated in Appendix A.

Disk Usage. System administrators reserve the right to set quotas for disk usage on the System. A user who exceeds the quota is required to delete files to return to compliance.

Disk Usage. Customer agrees that disk usage shall not exceed the number of megabytes per month for the Services ordered by Customer on the Service Order Form. GMO reserves the right to monitor the customer’s usage. If disk usage exceeds the agreed-­‐upon number of megabytes per month, GMO, in its sole discretion, may assess additional standard charges, disconnect or discontinue any and all Services, or terminate this Agreement.

  • MUSIC USAGE RETURN 15.1 The Licensee must, for the duration of the Agreement and on a quarterly basis, submit to SAMRO the following information regarding each and every Work of Music Performed at the Premises: the name of the Work of Music; the name(s) of each composer; the name(s) of the arranger; the name(s) of the performer; the name(s) of the publisher; and the number of times each Work of Music was Performed.

  • Trademark Usage Customer agrees that QuoVadis may use Customer’s name and trademark to perform its obligations under this Agreement and to indicate that Customer is receiving QuoVadis’s Service, provided that such use would not foreseeably diminish or damage Customer’s rights in any of its trademarks, create a misrepresentation of the parties’ relationship, or diminish or damage a party’s reputation. Neither party may register or claim any right in the other party’s trademarks. Customer grants QuoVadis a right to use any trademark of Customer included in the Certificate to the extent necessary to operate such Certificate.

  • Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF 11.1 The Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for ODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.
