Display of Personal Items. Employees shall have the right to wear or display personal items provided that the display of such items does not interfere with the efficient performance of official duties, create a conflict or apparent conflict of interest, or otherwise violate the Hatch Act, ethics standards or laws, Supplemental Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, 5 CFR Part 7501.

  • Personal Items In accordance with Departmental policy, employees will be reimbursed for personal items required on the job that are lost, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty. Reimbursement will be up to an amount of $100 per occurrence, excluding prescription eyewear.
