Morale. A. The Parties recognize that work performance may be enhanced when morale is high. Managers, supervisors, Union officials, and employees will endeavor to treat one another with respect and dignity. The Parties will consider morale when making decisions regarding conditions of work.
Morale. Recognizing that productivity is enhanced when their morale is high, managers, supervisors, and employees shall endeavor to treat one another with the utmost respect and dignity, notwithstanding the type of work or grade of jobs held.
Morale. Recognizing that productivity is enhanced when employee morale is high, everyone working at HUD shall endeavor to treat one another with the utmost respect and dignity, notwithstanding the type of work or grade level held. This is the union’s proposal, accepted by management.
Morale a. The employer and the union agree that good morale is a leading factor in maintaining unity, understanding, and a sense of belonging between the employer and the employees of the unit.

The parties agree to promote a culture in which managers and employees understand the workplace flexibilities and work-life programs available to them and how these measures can improve agency productivity and employee engagement. The parties agree to identify and eliminate any arbitrary or unnecessary barriers or limitations to the use of these flexibilities and develop new strategies consistent with statute and agency mission to xxxxxx a more balanced workplace.
