Morale. A. The Parties recognize that work performance may be enhanced when morale is high. Managers, supervisors, Union officials, and employees will endeavor to treat one another with respect and dignity. The Parties will consider morale when making decisions regarding conditions of work.

Morale. Recognizing that productivity is enhanced when their morale is high, managers, supervisors, and employees shall endeavor to treat one another with the utmost respect and dignity, notwithstanding the type of work or grade of jobs held.

  • PRODUCTIVITY The Union shall place no limitations upon the amount of work which an Employee shall perform during the working day and there shall be no restrictions imposed against the use of any type of machinery, tools or labour saving devices.

  • Helpers Ninety-one cents ($.91) per hour, at which time the minimum wage for these employees shall be one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250.00) per forty (40) hour week and thirty-one dollars and twenty-five cents ($31.25) per hour.
