Disposal of Equipment a) Provider shall submit a list of equipment purchased with grant funding by location.
b) If the provider wishes to dispose of equipment purchased with Nutrition grant funding, they must submit a request, in writing, to County. The request shall state the equipment description, the location of the equipment, and the reason for disposal.
Disposal of Equipment. The data processor must have formal processes in place to ensure effective erasure of per- xxxxx data prior to the disposal of electronic equipment.
Disposal of Equipment i. After a device is turned back into the OIT Help Desk but is unable to be reissued, either due to being damaged, or out of date; the Chromebook will be integrated into a technology recycling program (ex: Blue Star Recyclers).
ii. Students/ Staff/ Faculty may not buy Chromebooks for their personal or professional use. This is in accordance with State of Colorado Procurement Rules.
Disposal of Equipment. If Lessee shall determine at any time and from time to time that any item or items of Equipment are obsolete or no longer suitable for Lessee's use in connection with Lessee's business or operations at the Premises, Lessee may sell, transfer, exchange, or otherwise dispose of such item(s) in such manner as Lessee may deem appropriate. If requested by Lessee, Lessor shall deliver to Lessee or to Lessee's designee a bill xx sale, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessee, duly executed and acknowledged by Lessor, which shall be sufficient to convey and transfer to Lessee or its designee all of Lessor's right, title and interest in and to the item(s), free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever. Lessee may retain as its sole and absolute property the proceeds, whether in cash or in exchange property or otherwise, of any sale, transfer, exchange or other disposition of any such items.
Disposal of Equipment. Client agrees that any Client assets, equipment, hardware, or software deemed to be replaced, retired, faulty, non-functional, dead-on arrival, returned, unrecoverable, or otherwise unusable may be disposed of by Company unless Client provides a written request to keep the asset at the time of removal.
Disposal of Equipment. The Company may dispose of equipment, which is not City property, and which has been replaced or fully amortized, or which is unnecessary; provided, that such right shall not be construed as authorizing the conduct of a separate business.

Disposal of Equipment. 5 Notwithstanding The Public Works Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may dispose of any aircraft equipment, radio equipment, or other equipment, acquired for the purposes of the air service which, in the opinion of the minister, has become obsolete or out of date, for such price as he considers fair and reasonable.
Disposal of Equipment. 5.21.1. The Supplier will:
5.21.1.1. follow the disposal process outlined in this Agreement; and
5.21.1.2. keep auditable records of disposals; and
5.21.1.3. ensure that items are disposed of in an appropriate manner; and
5.21.1.4. dispose of equipment and/or parts in a manner that gives the greatest return to ACC.
5.21.2. This process will be used when:
5.21.2.1. Equipment or parts have been in store, without use, for over 1 year; or
5.21.2.2. Equipment or parts are beyond economic repair; or
5.21.2.3. Equipment or parts have become obsolete; or
5.21.2.4. Parts or vital accessories are no longer available for the equipment item.
5.21.3. Prior to disposal the equipment or parts will be evaluated for:
5.21.3.1. Possibility and cost effectiveness of sale; then
5.21.3.2. Recycling of parts; then
5.21.3.3. Disposal.
5.21.4. Where it is possible to sell items, 75% of the sale price achieved will be rebated to ACC.
5.21.5. The Supplier will keep a record of all equipment and parts sales and will report this to ACC in accordance with clause 10.
5.21.6. Equipment intended for disposal will have any useful parts removed before it is written- off. These parts will not be charged to ACC if used to repair or refurbish other equipment items.
Disposal of Equipment. Any Equipment purchased with City funds and owned by the City, as described in Subsection 9.1(A), shall be disposed of or placed in surplus according to policies and procedures established by the City. Access Manager shall contact the City’s Contract Manager, as identified in Section 37 of this Agreement, to arrange for disposal or surplus of any Equipment owned by the City.
