Disputes and disciplinary matters. 20.7.1 No Group Company is involved in any employment or industrial dispute and, so far as the Sellers are aware, there are no pending or potential claims against any Group Company by any person who is now or has been an officer, Employee or Worker of any Group Company or by any existing or former consultants to any Group Company.
