Disputes Procedure If a dispute relating to a Script licensed in accordance with this Agreement arises between the Writer and the BBC which cannot be settled by direct discussion then either party will have the right to refer the issue to a panel of five which shall be comprised of the Writer and their representative, two representatives from the BBC and an independent third party to be appointed by agreement between the Writer and the BBC. This clause shall not however be invoked in a manner which might override any other clause in this Agreement or call into question the BBC’s reasonable and proper discretion to exercise its editorial control over a Programme.
Complaints Process The School shall establish and adhere to a process for resolving public complaints which shall include an opportunity for complainants to be heard. The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract. The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.
Appeals Process A. The Contractor’s appeal process shall, at a minimum:
Claims Process (1) In order to seek payment from the Settlement Amount, a Class Member must submit a completed Claim Form to the Administrator, in accordance with the provisions of the Plan of Allocation, on or before the Claims Bar Deadline and any Class Member who fails to do so shall not share in any distribution made in accordance with the Plan of Allocation unless the relevant court orders otherwise as provided in section 18.4.
Dispute Process In the event of any Dispute, the Parties agree that they shall undertake a process to promote the resolution of a Dispute in the following order:
GRIEVANCE PROCESS RIGHTS No grievant shall lose his/her right to process his/her grievance because of Management-imposed limitations in scheduling meetings.
Complaints Procedure 18.1 If the Client has any cause for complaint in relation to the services provided by the Company, he should file a complaint as per the Company’s Complaint Handling policy which is available on the Company’s website.
DISPUTES AND GRIEVANCES Section 1. This Agreement is intended to provide close cooperation between management and labor. Each of the Unions will assign a representative to this Project for the purpose of completing the construction of the Project economically, efficiently, continuously, and without interruptions, delays, or work stoppages.
Mediation Process A. Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) that may be requested by the City or the PBA. It is an alternative, not a substitute for the formal arbitration process contained in Section 19.7 above. Mediation is an informal process in which a neutral third party assists the opposing parties in reaching a voluntary, negotiated resolution of a charge of discipline. The decision to mediate is completely voluntary for the PBA and the City. Mediation gives the parties the opportunity to discuss the issues raised in the charging document, clear up misunderstandings, determine the underlying interests or concerns, find areas of agreement and, ultimately, incorporate those areas of agreement into solutions. A mediator does not resolve the charge or impose a decision on the parties. Instead, the mediator helps the parties to agree on a mutually acceptable resolution. The mediation process is strictly confidential. Information disclosed during mediation will not be revealed to anyone.
Xxxxxxx Money Dispute Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the Parties agree that in the event of any controversy regarding the release of the Xxxxxxx Money that the matter shall be submitted to mediation as provided in Section XXIII.
