Dissemination of Contract. Both the Committee and the Association agree that each bears the responsibility of preparing and disseminating this document to their respective groups. The Committee agrees to provide electronic copies of this Agreement to all staff members. A hard copy will be available in each main office of the school buildings. Any Member wishing to receive a hard copy will be provided one upon request.

Dissemination of Contract. INFORMATION The contractor must not publish, permit to be published, or distribute for public consumption any information, oral or written, concerning the results or conclusions made pursuant to the performance of this contract, without the prior written consent of the CO. This statement includes seminars, professional society meeting and conferences, and meetings with foreign dignitaries both government and from the private sector. Soft copies of any material proposed to be published or distributed must be submitted to the CO. The following schedule is established as a guideline when requesting consent (business days): a. Written information - 20 days b. Oral information - 20 days c. Congressional information - 15 days Any contractor proposals for perspective work, exclusive of this contract, for which the contractor may employ information generated in the performance of this contract, the contractor is required only to notify the CO of its intent to submit a proposal. Such notification must include a brief description of the requirement for which the contractor is proposing and indicate the Government or business entity to which the proposal is being submitted. H.12 ATTORNEY/CLIENT PRIVILEGE (a) During performance of this contract the Contractor may be required to attend meetings at which FAA employees seek and receive legal advice from FAA Attorneys. The FAA intends, and the Contractor agrees, that such advice is to be treated as confidential legal advice, that the Contractor will not discuss such legal advice with non-FAA personnel, that such advice will not be included in notes, written reports, or minutes of such meetings, and that for purposes of asserting the Attorney-Client privilege with regard to such information, the Contractor must be considered an agent of the FAA.

  • FORMATION OF CONTRACT This proposed purchase contract, which incorporates by reference these General Provisions and all other terms and conditions set forth in this proposed purchase contract (collectively, the “Contract”), is Buyer's offer to purchase the services and any related goods, materials, and/or other deliverables (collectively, the “Services”) described in this offer.   • Violation of Contract If Purchaser violates any provision of this contract, the Contract Administrator, by written notice, may suspend delivery of further loads of forest products. If the violation is capable of being remedied, the Purchaser has five (5) days after receipt of suspension notice to remedy the violation. If the violation cannot be remedied (such as violation of WAC 240-15-015) or Purchaser fails to remedy the violation within five (5) days after receipt of a suspension notice, the State may terminate the rights of the Purchaser under this contract and collect damages as described in the damages clause in this contract.

  • Violation of Contract Terms A. Increased Costs. Violation of Agreement terms, breach of Agreement, or default by the Contractor shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement, and any increased or additional cost incurred by the Mobility Authority arising from the Contractor’s proven default, breach of Agreement or violation of Agreement terms shall be paid by the Contractor.
