Distance Learning Programmes Clause Samples

The 'Distance Learning Programmes' clause defines the terms and conditions under which educational courses or training are delivered remotely, typically via online platforms or correspondence. It outlines the responsibilities of both the provider and the participant, such as access to course materials, participation requirements, and assessment methods. This clause ensures that both parties understand the expectations and logistics of remote learning, thereby promoting clarity and minimizing disputes related to course delivery and participation.
