Distribution of Agreement. A. Following ratification and signing of this Agreement, the District shall print a mutually determined number of copies of this Agreement. The Association will accept the Agreement on behalf of the employees and will be responsible for distribution of the copies. Additional copies shall be provided to the Association. B. The cost of printing the Agreement shall be borne equally by the District and the Association. The District and the Association shall jointly agree to the format and shall proof the Agreement prior to the printing. C.
