Distribution of Overtime for Fleet Technicians. The intent of this agreement is to distribute overtime among all Fleet Technicians, to cover all shifts and to keep the shop operational. The dif- ferent circumstances are outlined below: Snow/Ice event starts during regular shifts Employees will start on 12 hour shifts. The nightshift will work from 2:30 p.m. until 2:30 a.m. The dayshift will work from 2:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. This cycle will continue until Saturday at 2:30 p.m. or until the end of the snow/ice event. After that time, the weekend rules will apply.
