District Match Payments. The District shall make an employer matching payment to the State of Minnesota Deferred Compensation Plan (457) and/or the Special School District No. 1 403(b) Plan each pay period up to a maximum District match based on calendar year. Benefit-eligible employees enrolled in the State of Minnesota Deferred Compensation Plan or the Special School District No. 1 403(b) Plan will be automatically eligible for the match. All of the following must be met: a. Effective January 1, 2023, the District will pay an annual match payment of up to $650 for employees participating in a deferred compensation plan, as outlined above. b. The District will match any amount of employee contributions up to the match as noted in (a) above. Tax-deferred savings plan participants will be matched on a per pay period basis while they are deferring into the plan(s) until they reach their annual match for the calendar year. c. Only deductions that employees defer during the match period shall be matched by the District. d. The employee must have enrolled, elected to defer, and in fact deferred a qualifying amount during the calendar year, to qualify for the match.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following: 4.3.1. Title IV-E Federal Xxxxxx Care Program (Grant “E”). In accordance with the requirements detailed in the specific grant requirements, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee under Xxxxx E the maximum federal dollar share for the following: xxxxxx care maintenance claims for eligible juvenile probation children, dir ect administrative claims, and enhanced administrative claims. Upon review and approval of supporting documentation, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee as requests for reimbursement are presented for payment provided there is sufficient Title IV-E grant award authority against which to process presented claims and providing said funds are being reimbursed to the Department by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) via the interagency agreement. To be eligible for reimbursement, all costs must be reasonable, allowable, and properly allocated for support of the xxxxxx care program. A direct or enhanced administrative claim is not eligible for reimbursement if the basis of the claim has funding from any other federal source. 4.3.2. JJAEP Program (Grant "P"). Grantees eligible for reimbursements under Xxxxx X shall receive a share of the initial $1,500,000 distribution based on each Grantee's share of the total juvenile population for each school year for the current contract period. Additional funds will be distributed at a rate not to exceed $96 per eligible student attendance day for students who are required to be expelled pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Texas Education Code and who meet the Targeted Grant requirements. The Grantee will not be able to receive the additional funds until the initial amount allocated is earned at the rate of $86 per eligible student attendance day. Payments to the Grantee by the Department shall be limited to no more than 180 days of operation during each regular school year for the current contract period.

  • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • State Filing Fees All fees and expenses imposed on the Fund with respect to the sale of the Fund shares under securities laws of various states or jurisdictions, and, under all other laws applicable to the Fund, or its business activities (including registering the Fund as a broker-dealer, or any officer of the Fund or any person as agent or salesman of the Fund in any state);

  • Rebates, Credits and Refunds The HSP: (a) acknowledges that rebates, credits and refunds it anticipates receiving from the use of the Funding have been incorporated in its Budget; (b) agrees that it will advise the Funder if it receives any unanticipated rebates, credits and refunds from the use of the Funding, or from the use of funding received from either the Funder or the Ministry in years prior to this Agreement that was not recorded in the year of the related expenditure; and (c) agrees that all rebates, credits and refunds referred to in (b) will be considered Funding in the year that the rebates, credits and refunds are received, regardless of the year to which the rebates, credits and refunds relate.

  • Income Payments Seller shall be entitled to receive an amount equal to all Income paid or distributed on or in respect of the Securities that is not otherwise received by Seller, to the full extent it would be so entitled if the Securities had not been sold to Buyer. Buyer shall, as the parties may agree with respect to any Transaction (or, in the absence of any such agreement, as Buyer shall reasonably determine in its discretion), on the date such Income is paid or distributed either (i) transfer to or credit to the account of Seller such Income with respect to any Purchased Securities subject to such Transaction or (ii) with respect to Income paid in cash, apply the Income payment or payments to reduce the amount, if any, to be transferred to Buyer by Seller upon termination of such Transaction. Buyer shall not be obligated to take any action pursuant to the preceding sentence (A) to the extent that such action would result in the creation of a Margin Deficit, unless prior thereto or simultaneously therewith Seller transfers to Buyer cash or Additional Purchased Securities sufficient to eliminate such Margin Deficit, or (B) if an Event of Default with respect to Seller has occurred and is then continuing at the time such Income is paid or distributed.
