District Notice to CSEA of New Hires. a. The District shall provide CSEA notice of any newly hired employee, monthly, as specified in section 2. Section 1.a withstanding, The District shall adhere to the provisions outlined in the AB119 MOU language (Memorandum of Understanding: AB119 Agreement, signed 5/29/2018), unless otherwise negotiated in compliance with that MOU. That MOU shall remain in full force and effect from the date this MOU is signed, through June 30, 2022 and shall remain in effect until the negotiation of a new AB119 MOU is completed.
