Common use of Disturbance Allowance Clause in Contracts

Disturbance Allowance. 68.1 Where an employee is transferred and incurs expenses in the areas referred to in sub-clause 68.2 as a result of that transfer then the employee will be granted a disturbance allowance and will be reimbursed by the employer the actual expenditure incurred upon production of receipts or such other evidence as may be required.
