Diving Supervisor. On projects where five (5) or more divers, standby divers, and tenders are employed, one person shall be assigned to be the diving supervisor and shall be paid according to Clause 1. The diving supervisor’s duties shall include assigning each member of the crew to their specific work position before the shift begins each day; i.e. diver, back-up diver, tender, etc. If the shift is canceled for any reason or a dive is not possible during the shift, then each member of the crew shall be paid according to his classifications.
Diving Supervisor. The diving supervisor shall receive an additional 10% above his/her current hourly classification with all appropriate overtime rates.
