Dmey Havra'a. The Officer shall be entitled to Dmey Havra'a as provided in a Collective Bargaining Agreement to which the General Labor Union of the Workers in Israel is a party regarding the payment of Dmey Havra'a that is in force and effect.

Company Car Throughout the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be entitled to the exclusive use of a company car of at least the same type and quality as that furnished to Employee as of the date of this Agreement. Employer shall replace such company car from time to time with new vehicles, such that the company car provided to Employee shall at no time be older than two (2) years. All expenses of maintenance, operation and insurance shall be paid by Employer or reimbursed by Employer to Employee.
Standard Company Benefits Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit programs for which Executive is eligible under the terms and conditions of the benefit plans that may be in effect from time to time and provided by the Company to its employees. The Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans or programs it offers to its employees at any time.
Company Benefits Subject to the satisfaction of the general rules for eligibility and participation under the Company’s standard employee benefit plans and practices, Executive shall be allowed to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefit plans and practices which may be in effect from time to time during the term of Executive’s employment and are provided by the Company to its employees generally. Such participation shall be governed by the applicable plan documents, and the Company reserves the right, in its discretion, to amend, modify, or discontinue any benefit plan or practice.
Other Company Benefits Executive and, to the extent applicable, Executive’s spouse, dependents and beneficiaries, shall be allowed to participate in all benefits, plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, which are now, or may hereafter be, available to other executive employees of Company. Such benefits, plans and programs shall include, without limitation, any profit sharing plan, thrift plan, health insurance or health care plan, life insurance, disability insurance, pension plan, supplemental retirement plan, vacation and sick leave plan, and the like which may be maintained by Company. Company shall not, however, by reason of this paragraph be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending, or discontinuing, any such benefit plan or program, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to executive employees generally.
Financial Services Compensation Scheme We are a participant in the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (the “FSCS”). FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.
Compensation Scheme If you make a complaint and we are unable to meet our liabilities, you may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Employee Handbook Employee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of any employee handbook of Bank or its affiliates as may be in effect from time to time, except that in the event of a conflict between such employee handbook and the Agreement, the Agreement shall control.
Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:
Training Pay City shall pay one and one-half times regular salary rate for training required by the Police and Peace Officers Licensing Law which is taken outside of regular duty hours (approximately 48 hours every three years). The Chief will establish the type and amount of training required.
