Credit, Payment and Collection You will receive a single monthly bill for both your natural gas and the delivery of such natural gas from your utility distribution company. Payment is due by the date set forth on the invoice. Should you fail to pay the monthly bill or fail to meet any agreed upon payment arrangement, your service may be terminated in accordance with your local utility’s tariffs and your contract with XOOM may be automatically terminated, leading to XOOM seeking cost recovery fees as set out herein. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are not in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. If accepted as a customer, XOOM may report your payment experience. Bills not paid by their due date are subject to a late payment fee at the greater of the rate of 1.5%, or the maximum permitted by law, based on your total outstanding balance per month. XOOM will charge a $35 return check fee for all returned checks or the maximum allowed by law. XOOM may terminate your commodity service and may suspend services under procedures approved by law. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM.

If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM Energy will adjust its bill to you upon your NGDC providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM Energy. Your first bill payment will be due to the NGDC on the date specified in the NGDC bill. COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in booklet form by the United Nurses of Alberta. The costs of printing shall be shared equally between the parties.
TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 1.01 This Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect from the date of ratification up to and including August 31, 2024 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either Party to the other Party not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days prior to the expiration date, of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.
COPIES OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT The Union and the Employer agree that every employee should be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Employer shall make available copies of the Collective Agreement in booklet form to all of its employees. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Union and the Employer. The Agreement shall be printed in a Union shop and bear a recognized Union label. The Union and the Employer shall agree on the size, print and color of the Agreement and all other particulars prior to it being printed. Printing shall be completed as soon as possible after the signing of the Collective Agreement.
