Dock Maintenance. All dock maintenance will be performed by the County. Owner shall report any needed repairs to the Marina office and they will be addressed at the earliest opportunity. Owner shall not undertake any repairs or make any additions or modifications to the dock facilities (including electrical and water service) without the express permission of the Harbormaster.

Dock Maintenance. All lot owners who construct or cause to be constructed said docks and/or boat houses, must maintain said structures in good repair and keep the same safe, clean and orderly in appearance at all times; and further agree to paint or otherwise treat with preservatives all wood or metal located above the high water mark, exclusive of pilings, and to maintain such paint or preservatives in an attractive manner. The Company shall be the judge as to whether the docks and/or boat houses are safe, clean, orderly in appearance, and properly painted or preserved in accordance with reasonable standards; and where the Company notifies the particular lot owner in writing that said dock and/or boat house fails to meet acceptable standards, said lot owner shall thereupon remedy such conditions with thirty (30) days to the satisfaction of the Company, and that failing to so remedy such conditions, the lot owners hereby covenant and agree that the Company may make the necessary repairs, but is not obligated to make such repairs or take such actions as will bring the said dock and/or boat house up to acceptable standards, all such repairs and actions to be at the expense, solely, of the lot owner in question.
Dock Maintenance. Lessee agrees to keep the ladder at their slip clean from any and all slippery materials. Lease termination or sale of Lessee's unit or rental of Lessee's unit, will relinquish all proprietary rights and ownership or any portion thereof, to such outside pilings and all accessories, (tide slides are excluded if installed by Lessee and may only be removed with the written consent of the Sandpiper Condominium Association Inc.'s Board of Directors, such written consent will not be unreasonably withheld.) Regarding any and all named tropical storms and hurricanes: Under any and all circumstances, Lessee agrees and is responsible to remove their vessel from their Leased dock space at the issuance of a tropical storm or hurricane warning and will not return their boat to their Leased dock space until the storm event has passed. If Lessee fails to remove the vessel from the dock slip prior to or at the issuance of a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning, Lessee shall be in default under this Lease, and deemed a trespasser. Lessee expressly assumes responsibility for all damage caused to Association property, including the dock slip and all improvements, incurred as a result of the named storm. Lessee expressly waives its right to trial by jury, and further waives any defense of relating to an Act of God. Lease will be terminated as soon as the storm has passed. Under any circumstance, Lessee agrees and is responsible for any damage their vessel causes to any Sandpiper Condominium Association, Inc. property or any owner's or tenant's property. Dock Rules: Lessee understands and agrees no boat parties, on board cooking or grilling of food, rough play, running from dock to vessel or fishing off the vessel is allowed. No dock boxes or fish stands are allowed. Further, the dock slip is a means to get onto the Intracoastal, no music is allowed, no drinking of alcoholic beverages, no yelling, swearing or rude behavior by the Lessee or their guests will n o t be allowed. Lessee cannot run air conditioning off Association power, NO SHORE POWER except for battery charge is permitted, and no twist lock power cords, standard three prong plugs only; no twist lock adapters are permitted. The Association is not responsible should the power supplying the power to the boat slip cease for any reason what-so-ever.   • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.
