Documented Escalation Procedures. Aviat Networks will implement internal escalation and notification procedures in order to facilitate the timely resolution of Service requests by a TAC Engineer with an adequate level of expertise. The technical support process includes rigid managerial escalations that are intended to facilitate the appropriate handling of recovery efforts and Customers being regularly updated on the status of the Service Request.
