Documents and Other Data. Upon suspension, abandonment or termination, Designer shall provide to City all preliminary studies, sketches, working drawings, specifications, computations, and all other Project Documents, as defined below, to which City would have been entitled at the completion of Designer’s Services under this Agreement. Upon payment of the amount required to be paid to Designer pursuant to the termination provisions of this Agreement, City shall have the rights, as provided in this Agreement hereinafter, to use such Project Documents prepared by or on behalf of Designer under this Agreement. Designer shall make such documents available to City upon request and without additional compensation other than as may be approved as a reimbursable expense.

Documents and Other Data. Any documents, photographs or other materials prepared or gathered by the ARCHTIECT pursuant to this contract are the property of the DISTRICT. Within seven (7) calendar days following suspension, abandonment or termination of this Agreement, Architect shall provide to District all preliminary studies, sketches, working drawings, specifications, computations, and all other Project Documents, as defined below, to which District would have been entitled at the completion of Architect's Services under this Agreement.   • Fees and Other Charges (a) The Borrower will pay a fee on all outstanding Letters of Credit at a per annum rate equal to the Applicable Margin then in effect with respect to Eurodollar Loans under the Revolving Facility, shared ratably among the Revolving Lenders and payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date. In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.25% per annum on the undrawn and unexpired amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.
