WELFARE PLAN AND PENSION PLAN. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Multi-Local Welfare Trust Fund of Ontario on the following basis: Effective May the Employer shall pay one dollar and ten cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee into the said Fund. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada the sum of sixty cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee.

WELFARE PLAN AND PENSION PLAN. 11.01 Effective the first day of the month following one thousand (1,000) regular hours worked, the Employer shall provide a 'Standard Form' Welfare Plan for all employees covered by the Agreement (excluding those listed herein). The Employer agrees to facilitate but not administer the Standard Form Welfare Plan with the following benefits.
WELFARE PLAN AND PENSION PLAN. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Northern Ontario Labourers' Trust Fund a welfare contribution in the amount of eighty cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee. The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada the sum of sixty-five cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee.

The Employer shall pay on behalf of each of his employees into the Labourers' Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada as follows: eighty cents per hour for each hour worked by each employee.

WELFARE PLAN AND PENSION PLAN. WELFARE PLAN The Employer shall pay one half (1/2) cost of maintaining the employee’s benefits with the IBEW Health and Welfare Plan. The employer contribution amount is $1.06/hour based on a fifty-fifty (50/50) shared cost with the employee. For further clarification the total is $2.12/hour shared fifty-fifty between the employer and employee. Part-time employees working less than twenty (20) hours per weeks shall be paid an additional one-dollar ($1.00) per hour in lieu of Health and Welfare benefits. PENSION PLAN Effective January 1, 2012 the employer shall pay to the Electrical Industry Retirement Plan a contribution equally 6% of the regular wages of each employee covered by the Collective Agreement. Annual Statutory Holidays shall not, for the purpose of determining the contributions, be considered as hours worked unless work is actually performed on such days. Each actual overtime hour worked, including overtime on annual and Statutory Holidays, or travel time outside the regular work day, shall, for the purpose of Welfare and Pension contribution, be considered as two (2) hours.

  • WELFARE PLAN Section 1: The Plan There shall be a Welfare Plan pursuant to the terms and conditions of Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement. Membership in the Plan for all eligible employees shall be a condition of employment on and after July 1, 1973.

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the existing Northern California Glaziers, Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Agreement ("Defined Benefit Pension Trust").

  • Canada Pension Plan All employees shall participate in and contribute to the Canada Pension Plan in accordance with the applicable legislation. The College will contribute to the plan for each employee, to the extent provided for in the applicable legislation.

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Dental Plans The dental plans offered shall be those approved by the City's JLMBC and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.

  • Benefit Plan If an employee maintains coverage for benefit plans while on maternity or parental leave, the Employer agrees to pay the Employer's share of these premiums.

  • Pension Plan 15.01 The CLAC Pension Plan (“the Plan”), a defined contribution pension plan, is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency. The Plan applies to all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.
