Personal Accident On payment of a Claim under Benefit II (a): Death or Permanent Total Disablement, the cover will cease in respect of that Insured Person.
Personal Accident Insurance The Member is covered by policies of insurance which pay benefits in case of injury, death or dismemberment as the result of an accident. A certificate of insurance that explains the benefits provided by the policy will be given to the Member with this Membership Contract. Coverage provided by Individual Assurance Company of Xxxxxx, XX 00000.
CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.
Personal Illness Employees may use accumulated sick leave for hours off due to personal illness. The employee may be required to furnish a medical certificate from a qualified physician as evidence of illness or physical disability in order to qualify for paid sick leave as per District practice. Accumulated sick leave may also be granted for such time as is actually necessary for office visits to a doctor, dentist, optometrist, etc.
Personal Grievance The personal grievance provisions in Part 11 of this Agreement are available to an employee who is aggrieved by any action of their employer taken under these provisions.
Industrial Accident Leave 5.8.1 Unit Members will be entitled to industrial accident leave according to the provision in Education Code Section 87787 for personal injury which has qualified for Worker's Compensation under the provisions of the State Compensation Insurance Fund.
Industrial Accident or Illness Leave 7.6.1 All unit members shall receive sixty (60) days’ leave with pay in any one fiscal year for an industrial accident or illness. An industrial accident or illness is defined as one where the unit member becomes ill or is injured while he/she is serving the District, and, the accident or illness is reported to the District’s Self-Insurance Program in accordance with District regulations, and, the District Self-Insurance Program accepts responsibility for the treatment of the unit member.

You may expressly grant, remove and manage permissions for some third parties to take certain actions on your behalf. In some cases you can do this when logged into your account – in other cases you can do this directly with the third party. You acknowledge that if you grant permission for a third party to take actions on your behalf, we may disclose certain information about your Account to this third party. You may permit third party service providers licensed by applicable law to: • provide account information services to access information about your account on your behalf; • confirm whether an amount necessary for the execution of a card-based payment transaction is available on your account; or • provide payment initiation services to initiate payments from your account on your behalf. Granting permission to any third party to access your account in any way does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under this user agreement. You are liable to us for the actions that you authorise the third parties to carry out. You will not hold us responsible for, and you will indemnify us from, any liability arising from the actions or inactions of such third parties in connection with the permissions you granted, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
Anti-‐Abuse Policy i. Registry Operator’s Anti-‐Abuse Policy will be required under the Registry Registrar Agreement and posted on the Registry Operator’s web site.
Child or Elder Care Emergencies Leave without pay, compensatory time or paid leave may be granted for child or elder care emergencies.
