Domain Transfer. Commonly, domain transfers are not possible until sixty (60) days of the initial purchase. Once the said days are covered, domains are available for transfer. Domain Transfer. Bioxen shall assume the ownership including the domain name xxxxxxxx.xxx, and financial responsibility of maintaining a web site currently located as xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx. Prior to this transfer Cyplasin shall modify the web site to have deleted all of its corporate and other relevant information so as to only reflect the technical nature of the technology. Subsequent to this transfer Bioxen shall have unlimited access and editorial freedom to post what it deems best for its own corporate and technological advancement.
Domain Transfer. (a) Onramp agrees to irrevocably sell, assign and transfer unto Telco all of its right, title and interest in and to the Domain Name and any related information associated therewith, along with any associated intellectual property rights thereto, including without limitation all trademark value, goodwill and other rights associated with the formatives or marks “YP” and “XX.XXX” (the “Transferred Rights”). Uploading is the process that a customer uses to move the files, custom or non- custom scripts, programs or applications from his/her computer to Xxxxx.Xxx server. It is your responsibility to keep a backup of the Web site files, custom or non-custom scripts, programs or applications as Xxxxx.Xxx does not keep or provide these backup files. Xxxxx.Xxx has the right, without warning, to update its software which may cause custom or non-custom scripts, programs or applications to not run and it is your responsibility to fix the custom or non-custom scripts, programs and applications. You agree that all files hosted or linked from or on Xxxxx.Xxx's hosting service must conform to Xxxxx.Xxx's Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service found on Enter.Net.s webpage xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxx. You may not host or link to any illegal software, pirated software, warez, cracks, serials, or pornography on Xxxxx.Xxx's servers.
