Domain Transfers Sample Clauses
Domain Transfers. All domain transfers between registrars are governed by either (1) ICANN's Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, which is currently available on ICANN's website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/transfers/, or (2) the respective registry's transfer policy, where applicable. You agree that in the case where you want to transfer your domain to DigiPalla IT Services LLPor from DigiPalla IT Services LLPto another Registrar, you will follow our confirmation procedures to facilitate the transfer.
Domain Transfers. 3.10.1 Partner shall cooperate with COREhub in order to comply with ICANN Policies (domain names in gTLDs) and/or any applicable Registry Policy (domain names in ccTLDs) regarding transfers of domain name registrations from another reg- istrar to COREhub, and vice versa.
3.10.2 It will be considered an undue interference with the transfer, among other cir- cumstances: (i) tying the transfer to other services or service fees; (ii) charging an abusive transfer fee, according to COREhub; (iii) not complying with ICANN’s Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/re- sources/registrars/transfers/policy.
3.10.3 Without prejudice to its rights of termination in accordance with this Agree- ment, if Partner and/or its Resellers interfere with any inter-registrar transfer as outlined in this Section, COREhub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to proceed with the transfer requested by the Registrant. In such case, COREhub will be entitled to charge the Partner the corresponding fee for handling such incident and to discount it from Partner’s deposit with COREhub.
Domain Transfers. Domain transfers typically take 5-7 days to complete after final authorization is received by the Domain Registrar. The Customer must ensure that all contact information is updated with the Domain Registrar before initiating a domain transfer order.
Domain Transfers. If you are transferring a Domain into Domain Agent you agree that you do so with the name holder's authority and with your assurance that the nameholder understands the impact of such a change.
Domain Transfers. All .au domain name transfers are offered free of cost if the domain name is more than 3 months from expiry. If the domain name is due to expire in 3 months or less the normal renewal fee applies, and the domain will be renewed for a further 2 years from the existing expiry date. It is The Customer’s responsibility to action domain transfer authorisation requests where applicable. Host Geek has no authority to speed up a domain transfer and cannot place any guarantees on how long a transfer will take to complete. The Customer must ensure all contact information is updated with current Domain Registrar and the appropriated transfer codes have been obtained prior to placing a domain transfer order with Host Geek.
Domain Transfers. Whilst the Licensor will not charge for a routine inbound domain transfer, any charges levied by the outgoing hosts will be passed on to the licensee. The Licensor will not be liable for any problems or delays encountered when transferring domains from a 3rd party, and may charge the Licensee for any additional support activities to facilitate the transfer. Where the Licensee retains control of their domain and/or DNS, the Licensor will be unable to provide support in the event of any associated problems.
Domain Transfers. Any transfer of any domain name(s) services shall be governed by ICANN's transfer policy, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/transfers/, including the Registrar Transfer Dispute Resolution Policy, available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/transfers/dispute-policy-12jul04.htm as well as the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

Should a domain to which services are being provided under this agreement be transferred to another domain name registrar, the provision of the Service and/or the Additional Service will be interrupted for that domain, and the Service and/or the Additional Service will not be restored until the necessary DNS records are made to refer the domain to the Service.

Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, this covenant will survive the Closing Date for five (5) years or until the last of those domain names expire.
9. The following provision shall be added to the Purchase Agreement as Section 2.2(e):

Should a domain to which services are being provided under this Agreement be transferred to another domain name registrar, the provision of the Webcard Service will be interrupted for you on that domain, and the Webcard Service will not be restored until the necessary DNS records are made to refer the domain to the Webcard Service.
