Domestic Requirements. The Government shall proceed in a timely manner to seek any required ratification of this Compact or similar domestic requirement, which process the Government shall initiate promptly after the conclusion of this Compact. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Compact, this Section 3.10 shall provisionally apply prior to the Entry into Force.
Domestic Requirements. Before this Compact enters into force, the Government will proceed in a timely manner to complete any domestic procedures necessary for entry into force of this Agreement.
Domestic Requirements. 18.1 Out of the total quantity of Crude Oil production to which the Licensee is entitled in each Calendar Quarter, the Government may elect to take a quantity of Crude Oil, of the gravity, grade and quality of its choice, that the Government requires to satisfy the requirements of internal consumption in Uganda for such Calendar Year. The Government shall reimburse the Licensee for such quantity in United States Dollars at the price as calculated pursuant to paragraph 15.1 hereof within thirty (30) days after the end of the Calendar Month in which such delivery takes place, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. The maximum quantity of Crude Oil that the Government may take to satisfy the internal consumption requirements of the country shall be calculated by multiplying the total quantity of Crude Oil produced from the Contract Area during the period under consideration, less consumption of Crude Oil incidental to Petroleum Operations, by a fraction, the numerator of which is the internal consumption requirements of Uganda during the period, and the denominator of which is the volume of Crude Oil produced by Uganda by all Licensees (including Licensee). Any Crude Oil production dedicated to an early production scheme in any such Calendar year pursuant to paragraph 7.4 shall be deducted from the maximum quantity so determined for such Calendar Year.
Domestic Requirements. The Government will proceed in a timely manner to complete all of its domestic requirements for this Compact to enter into force. The Parties understand that this Compact, upon entry into force, will prevail over the domestic laws of Nepal.
Domestic Requirements. The Government shall take all steps necessary to ensure that (a) this Compact and the Program Implementation Agreement and all of the provisions of this Compact and the Program Implementation Agreement are valid and binding and are in full force and effect in Burkina Faso; (b) this Compact, the Program Implementation Agreement and any other agreement entered into in connection with this Compact to which the Government and MCC are parties will be given the status of an international agreement if so stipulated therein; and (c) no laws of Burkina Faso (other than the constitution of Burkina Faso), whether now or hereafter in effect, will take precedence or prevail over the terms of this Compact or the Program Implementation Agreement.
Domestic Requirements. Before this Compact enters into force, the Government will proceed in a timely manner to obtain ratification of this Compact by the Moldovan Parliament. The Parties understand that, upon its entry into force this Compact will prevail over the domestic laws of Moldova.
Domestic Requirements. Before this Compact enters into force, Namibia will take all necessary steps to ensure that immediately upon this Compact entering into force (a) this Compact and the PIA and all of the provisions of this Compact and the PIA are valid and binding and are in full force and effect in Namibia, and (b) this Compact, the PIA and any other agreement entered into in connection with this Compact to which Namibia and MCC are parties (if so stipulated therein) are international agreements.” GENERAL PROVISIONS
Domestic Requirements. The Government shall take all steps necessary to ensure that (a) this Amendment and all of the provisions of this Amendment are valid and binding and are in full force and effect in Mongolia,
Domestic Requirements. Before this Compact enters into force, Namibia will take all necessary steps to ensure that immediately upon this Compact entering into force (a) this Compact and the PIA and all of the provisions of this Compact and the PIA are valid and binding and are in full force and effect in Namibia, (b) this Compact, the PIA and any other agreement entered into in connection with this Compact to which Namibia and MCC are parties (if so stipulated therein) are international agreements, and (c) no laws of Namibia (other than the constitution of Namibia), whether now or hereafter in effect, will take precedence or prevail over the terms of this Compact or the PIA.
Domestic Requirements. The Government shall proceed in a timely manner to seek ratification of this Compact as necessary or required by the laws of Ghana, or similar domestic requirement, in order that (a) this Compact (and any Supplemental Agreement to which MCC is a party) shall be given the status of an international agreement, (b) no laws of Ghana (other than the Constitution of Ghana) now or hereafter in effect shall take precedence or prevail over this Compact (or any Supplemental Agreement to which MCC is a party) during the Compact Term (or a longer period to the extent provisions of this Compact remain in force following the expiration of the Compact Term pursuant to Section 5.13) and (c) each of the provisions of this Compact (and each of the provisions of any Supplemental Agreement to which MCC is a party) is valid, binding and in full force and effect under the laws of Ghana. The Government shall initiate such process promptly after the conclusion of this Compact. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Compact, this Section 3.10 shall provisionally apply prior to Entry into Force.
