Common use of Domestic Violence/Sexual Abuse/Stalking Leave Clause in Contracts

Domestic Violence/Sexual Abuse/Stalking Leave. Eligible employees shall be entitled to take unpaid leave for domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking that the employee has experience, or for the use to care for and/or assist a family member who has experienced domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking. Leave under this provision shall be administered in accordance with RCW 49.76.
