Adequate metered water service shall be provided to both Lot 1 and Lot 2 to meet current by-law requirements. The replacement of the existing service for proposed Lot 1 and a new service for proposed Lot 2, will be by City forces. The Owner will be responsible for all related costs of the new services and removal of the existing service.
