Dress Code. 42.01 The Parties agree that the Employee shall maintain a professional image while at the work site by adhering to the Employer's Attire and Appearance policy. 42.02 In accordance with the Employer’s Attire and Appearance Policy, clothing must comply with safety and infection control and prevention requirements. 42.03 Employees must wear identification cards and or name tags at all times in the workplace. 42.04 All protective clothing and safety equipment shall be supplied by the Employer as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
