Drills and Exercises. Drills and exercises are required by both Parties to ensure the readiness and interoperability of pollution response organizations. It is the intention of the Parties to encourage coordination, participation, and cross-training in periodic drills and exercises to facilitate a better understanding of each Party’s duties and responsibilities as well as to ensure a combined, effective, familiar working relationship at oil spill incidents.

Drills and Exercises. The XXX will house required drill and exercise data as required by CDC-RFA-TP17-1701. A summary of the changes in PHEP performance measures from Budget Period 1 (BP1) through BP5 are listed in Table 3. Measures retained are in bold type. Measures 5.1 and 15.1, noted with the term “(Awardee),” are oriented toward all entities (awardee or local health department(s)) responsible for supporting capabilities 5 (fatality management) and 15 (volunteer management), respectively, in the awardee’s jurisdiction. Drills and Exercises. The TEMA shall, in conjunction or consultation with the DOE, plan, coordinate and conduct drills and exercises in accordance with the multi jurisdictional plans or other regulatory requirements. TEMA, in conjunction with DOE, will develop and maintain a multi-year exercise schedule and coordinate the participation by other state agencies/officials, as necessary. TEMA will participate in an annual full participation exercise at one of the XXX facilities and drills with the other facilities each year.

  • Security Controls for State Agency Data In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls the System Agency determines are proportionate with System Agency’s risk under the Contract based on the sensitivity of System Agency’s data and that Contractor must periodically provide to System Agency evidence that Contractor meets the security controls required under the Contract.
