DRIVER’S MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS. If the District expressly requires an employee to secure other than a Class C drivers license, the District will pay for the medical examination and off-duty time to take the medical examination, as well as off-duty time and licensing costs associated with required specialized testing. Off-duty time will only be paid when scheduled by the District, or with the District's approval.
